To Admy
With reference to the letter from your
Department of the 12th of January, No.M.3373 and previous correspondence in regard to Piracy in waters adjacent to the Colony of Hong Kong, I am directed by Mr. Secretary Amery to transmit to you to be laid before the Board of Trade the accompanying copies of
the Notes of the Meeting which was held at this
Office on the13th of January, and of a letter which March, has now been addressed to the Admiralty on this
subject.
